Tap 3

Welcome to Intermediate Musical Theater Tap, where the rhythm continues to flow! This class builds upon foundational skills as students from 6th to 8th grade progress in their tap dance journey. Explore more intricate steps, rhythms, and techniques while honing coordination and musicality. Dive deeper into the art of storytelling through dance, discovering how movement can convey emotion and narrative on stage. Join us for an exhilarating dance experience that challenges and inspires, blending creativity with the infectious energy of tap! 

This class will be held at Black Rock Theater’s studio at 63 Unquowa Road in Fairfield. 

Class Dates: 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19,  3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/23

Recommended Class Pairings: It is recommended that Tap 3 is paired with Musical Theater 3, MT Dance/ Ballet 3, Acting 3 and/ or private voice lessons. 

Required Materials: Form fitting athletic wear and black tap shoes.
