Musical Theater 4 Fall

Refine your musical theater skills with our Advanced Performance class for high school students. Building on foundational acting and singing techniques, this course emphasizes selecting and interpreting diverse material to highlight individual strengths. Students enhance audition strategies and deepen character portrayal, preparing for success in both traditional and contemporary musicals. Classes include group lessons and personalized coachings, providing a supportive environment to develop skills essential for today’s musical theater industry.

This class will be held in the Loft of Fairfield Theatre Company with an entrance on Unquowa Road.

Class Dates: 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5

Recommended Class Pairings: It is strongly recommended that Musical Theater 4 is paired with MT Dance/ Ballet 4, as dance technique is crucial for teen performers recreationally and professionally. For high school students serious about musical theater, we recommend taking private voice in addition to all other Level 4 classes. 

Required Materials: Comfortable clothing for movement, pencil, binder and sheet protector and access to a printer for music or rep book.
