Musical Theater 3

Musical Theater 3 builds on the foundational vocal and acting techniques developed in Musical Theater 2, with an emphasis on solo singing and performance confidence. Students receive individual song assignments based on themes and eras throughout musical theater history, gaining a broader understanding of each piece’s style and context. Through personalized coaching, students refine vocal technique, strengthen storytelling through song, and develop greater independence in interpreting characters and selecting repertoire. The class empowers students to perform with authenticity and confidence.

This class will be held in BRT’s rehearsal studio at 63 Unquowa Road.

Class Dates:
1/12, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/20, 4/27

Recommended Class Pairings: It is strongly recommended that students in Musical Theater 3 take MT Dance/ Ballet 3 as well as private voice lessons. Acting 3, Tap 3, TV/ Film and Audition Techniques are also recommended. 

Required Materials: Comfortable clothing for movement, pencil, binder and sheet protector and access to a printer for music or rep book.
