Rising Stars Workshop 2

Welcome to the Rising Stars Workshop 2, specifically designed for actors in third through fifth grade as they embark on an exciting journey through the world of musical theater! In this engaging class, students not only learn the fundamentals of singing, acting, and stage presence but also develop valuable rehearsal and performance skills.

As the semester draws to a close, families and friends are invited to witness the culmination of their hard work—a dazzling cabaret performance. Join us as these rising stars take center stage, capturing hearts with their talent, enthusiasm, and love for the performing arts!

This class will be held in Black Rock Theater’s studio at 63 Unquowa Road in Fairfield. 

Class Dates: 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/24

Recommended Class Pairings: It is recommended that Rising Stars Workshop 2 is paired with other Level 2 classes including Acting 2, Musical Theater 2, MT Dance/ Ballet 2, Tap 2 and/ or private voice. 

Required materials: Comfortable clothes and shoes for movement, binder, pencil, highlighter. 

Prerequisite: No experience necessary, but please note that this class required weekly practicing at home!
